The main character Heather is so annoying. Revenge of the Spellmans. They don’t seem to have that much in common either, but she tries not to dwell on that fact and does her best to take an interest in honed hobbies, even going so far as to go running with him.

Would you boneed us to take another look at this review? Of course every silver lining ultimately has some black cloud attached. Unfortunately, I felt this was the weakest book in the series. Heather, despite being a former pop princess, is a down-to-earth, funny character who’s instantly lovable and easy to relate to.

First, her rebound boyfriend, the athletic, vegan, carb counting Bonee has somehow convinced her to get up at 6 in the morning for a run, and her uterus just may have fallen out along the way.

I find the Heather Wells character to be so likable and humorous. Unfortunately in this case, it really never picked up.

And Cabot has a talent for making her guy characters irresistible. I have been waiting for him to become jealous as fuck and it finally happened guys! I’ve been looking forward to this since we first bkg Heather and her landlord in the first book and I’m happy it finally happened.

There’s enough going on that the mystery doesn’t take total precedent of the story, there are small yarns going on around Heather which your always eager as to what will happen next.

I have Size 12 and Ready to Rock because I got it from the library at the same time as this book, but it’s debatable if I’m actually going to read it or not because I don’t know if I’m willing to give this series another chance, because if this book was already this far-fetched, how can this series stretch out over two more books?

Princess on the Brink. I love Magda and Pete, and who could not love Tom, her former boss who is acting as her interim boss. I have one more book to read in this series to be caught up. For me it falls strictly into the “chick lit” and maybe even into the “teen” genres, but it was amusing to read.

Who apparently likes to get a little touchy feely with the choir girls, if you know what I mean. He invites her on a hiking trip which is something Heather doesn’t do and they ended up breaking up.

I want a Cooper! I really didn’t like this book. For instance, Jordan Cartwright is back for a scene. Queen of Babble by Meg Cabot. Heather is the administrative assistant in “Death Dorm” aka Fischer Hall.

I’m rather giddy at having finished it and getting the ending I was hoping to read, my heart and head went into literal meltdown and at the same time I was sad that I’d finished reading the book. I’m sure that knowing the characters in the book may have given the characters more depth, but it certainly wasn’t necessary to understand the storyline.
